We have our sales office in USA and Canada. All the post-production work happens from our India office.

Do you offer any other services apart from Editing?

At Motion Edits, we choose to focus on Editing only.

Can we send you our entire backlog?

Sure, you can. If you have multiple projects and if you want to place multiple orders in a single go, you can do that by using our ordering system.

What is the best way to transfer media?

We prefer to receive media via Dropbox or Google Drive. Any other data sharing platforms works too as long as far as we are allowed to download the media in bulk.

Can I ship a HDD?

Yes, you can send us the hard drive. Contact us for the shipping details.

Do you use licensed music?

Yes! We are subscribed to MusicBed and license our music from there.

Do you also Grade the edits?

Color Grading is a part of our editing workflow and is included in the quote that we’ll provide. Unless you specifically ask us not to grade, all the films we deliver will be color graded.

How do I place the order?

You can use our ordering system for placing the orders. Our ordering system allows you placing an order in 3 simple steps:

Do you work on proxy files?

Yes, we work on proxy media. You can simply share proxies along with the project file. We’ll edit and deliver the project file.

What is your revision policy?

We offer 2 rounds of revisions that are included in the quote. You can request additional rounds of revisions for an additional cost.

How are the deliveries made?

We deliver the final outputs along with the project files and all the additional assets via Dropbox. Dropbox allows commenting on timestamps on the video which eases the revision process.

How long do you keep our project in your archive?

We clear our archives in 8 weeks from the day the first draft is delivered. You are required to send your comments for revisions within this time frame.

How do the payments work?

We take full payment in advance. Once you place an order, we’ll get back to you in a couple of days via email with the invoice and payment link.

Can you incorporate our company logo, font style, titles in the films?

Sure, you can send us your logo, font style, titles, intro outro, effects, Luts and we’ll include them in your all films.

Do you offer test/sample edits?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer test or sample edits. There’s a 1 out of 1000 chance that the project is new for us as well as our client, in which case we will do the sample edit.
